166 Billion... NICE AMERICA - Curt

According to the BBC, the American Gov't has spent 166 billion dollars of tax payers money to help banks. To put that in perspective that's about 166 billion things off the Dollar Menu at mickey d's. I KNOW IM HUNGRY TOO. Anyway.. assume that there are about 300,000,000 Americans who actually pay taxes, (there aren't) that's roughly $553.33 per person. I sure as hell am happy that I can help pay for Citi Group's expenses [(C) don't bother looking it up, its just going to be in the shit hole forever] Citi Group made a 20 year 400 million dollar deal with the New York Mets. TheDeal.com (I've never heard of them either) put out an article talking about how the 20 million dollars a year that Citi Group is paying to the Mets to get the name "Citi Field" is less then 1% of the money they will spend on advertising this year. Let's be generous and act like its a full 1%; That's 2 Billion dollars a year. A good portion of which was spent just to make the deal with the Mets in the first place (and the sign, its gotta be worth a good 500,000 sausage mcbiscuits.) I hope you all are very happy just like all other Americans. DOWN WITH THE AMERICANS, GO FUCKING CORPORATIONS.
